These Terms govern your use of Pishio ("the app"), a cooking assistant with recipes, an AI assistant, meal planning, a shared kitchen and cooking together with a partner. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pishio. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Browsing recipes works without an account; everything else requires one.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pishio to:
Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
Post, send, or share objectionable, offensive, hateful, or illegal content, including in usernames, profile information, recipes and assistant messages.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
Use the AI assistant for purposes unrelated to cooking, attempt to make it produce harmful or unlawful content, or try to extract its instructions or circumvent its limits.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to bypass usage allowances.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report or block another user at any time from their profile or your partners list. Assistant messages that are unrelated to cooking or abusive are flagged for review. We review reports and flags and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report. A suspended account is signed out on every device and can no longer sign in.
4. User content & interactions
You are solely responsible for the content you provide and for your interactions with other users, including invitations and shared cooking sessions. Pishio is not responsible for the conduct of any user.
Recipes you add, import from a link, a photo or free text, or write with the assistant are your responsibility: you confirm you have the right to use the source material and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
You may keep a recipe private, share it by link, or submit it to the public feed. Public recipes are reviewed before they appear and may be edited for formatting or removed. If you delete your account, recipes approved for the public catalogue stay there under the Pishio account, without your name; your other recipes are deleted.
You grant Pishio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute the content you share, to the extent needed to run the service.
5. Shared kitchen and household
Every account has one kitchen (pantry and shopping list). If you and your partner choose to live in one household, you share a single kitchen: joining a household deletes your own kitchen and your meal plans — the app shows exactly what will be removed and asks you to confirm first. Household partners can edit the shared pantry, shopping list and equipment, and can edit, rename and delete the meal plans shared with them. Leaving the household gives you a new, empty kitchen. Cooking together and adding partners are free for every signed-in user.
6. The AI assistant
The assistant is powered by third-party AI models. It can make mistakes: check quantities, cooking times, temperatures and ingredients yourself. It provides no medical, allergy or dietary advice and no guarantee that a recipe suits your restrictions — you remain responsible for food safety and for your allergies.
Actions that save or delete something (saving a recipe, changing a plan, updating the pantry or shopping list) are performed only after you confirm them in the chat.
The assistant's memory notes are kept only with your permission; you can edit or delete them at any time, and turning the feature off deletes all of them.
Before first use you accept the assistant's in-app notice; we may ask you to accept it again when it changes.
Usage allowance. Pishio Pro includes a weekly and a monthly AI usage allowance, measured by the actual cost of your requests and shown to you as a percentage. When an allowance is used up, AI features pause until that period resets; no additional allowance is sold. The yearly plan includes a 20% larger allowance than the monthly plan. The free trial includes a small one-off allowance. In a household, one Pro subscription covers both partners and their AI usage draws from the subscriber's allowance. We may adjust allowances with reasonable notice.
You may use recipes and meal plans generated for you freely; we do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free of third-party rights.
7. Subscriptions, trial & payments
The only paid product is Pishio Pro, an auto-renewable subscription billed monthly or yearly through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Pro unlocks the AI assistant, AI meal-plan generation, adding and importing recipes and unlimited saved lists. Everything else — browsing, cooking alone or together, partners, the kitchen and manual meal planning — is free.
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment method is required and the trial never converts into a paid subscription by itself; when it ends you simply continue on the free tier.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by the store (Apple or Google) under their policies; we do not process payments directly.
Prices may change. Any change applies only to future renewals and, where required, only after notice and your consent.
One-time cook-together credit packs are no longer sold. Cooking together, which they used to unlock, is free for everyone; credits bought earlier therefore have no remaining use.
8. Invitations and referrals
You can invite a partner with a personal link or code. Invitations carry no rewards or credits; we only record who invited whom. Do not send invitations to people who have not asked for them.
9. Notifications and service messages
You can switch each notification category off in the app. Messages needed to run the service (for example about your account, a maintenance window or a required update) may still be shown. We may pause the service for maintenance and may require you to update the app to keep using it.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account or by emailing us; see the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Disclaimer
Pishio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recipes, cooking instructions, nutrition figures and assistant output are for general informational purposes; you are responsible for food safety and any allergies or dietary restrictions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pishio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The date above reflects the latest version.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
Bu Koşullar; tarifler, yapay zekâ asistanı, yemek planlama, ortak mutfak ve partnerle birlikte pişirme sunan bir yemek asistanı olan Pishio'yu ("uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak ya da uygulamayı kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın. Verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
1. Uygunluk ve hesap
Pishio'yu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Hesabınızdaki etkinlikten ve giriş bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Tariflere göz atmak hesap gerektirmez; diğer her şey için hesap gerekir.
2. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Pishio'yu şu amaçlarla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, istismar etmek ya da onlara zarar vermek.
Kullanıcı adları, profil bilgileri, tarifler ve asistan mesajları dahil olmak üzere sakıncalı, saldırgan, nefret içeren ya da yasa dışı içerik paylaşmak, göndermek ya da yayınlamak.
Bir başkasının kimliğine bürünmek ya da kimliğinizi yanlış tanıtmak.
Yapay zekâ asistanını yemekle ilgisiz amaçlarla kullanmak, zararlı ya da yasa dışı içerik ürettirmeye çalışmak, talimatlarını ele geçirmeye ya da sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak.
Hizmeti kesintiye uğratmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya, veri kazımaya, yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya ya da kullanım bütçelerini aşmaya çalışmak.
3. Sakıncalı içerik ve kötüye kullanıma sıfır tolerans
Sakıncalı içeriğe ya da kötüye kullanan kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans gösterilir. Başka bir kullanıcıyı istediğiniz zaman profilinden ya da partner listenizden şikâyet edebilir ya da engelleyebilirsiniz. Yemekle ilgisiz ya da kötüye kullanım içeren asistan mesajları incelenmek üzere işaretlenir. Şikâyetleri ve işaretleri inceler; bu Koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir, hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz — genellikle bir şikâyetten sonraki 24 saat içinde. Askıya alınan hesap tüm cihazlarda oturumdan çıkarılır ve bir daha giriş yapamaz.
4. Kullanıcı içeriği ve etkileşimler
Sağladığınız içerikten ve davetler ile paylaşılan pişirme oturumları dahil diğer kullanıcılarla etkileşimlerinizden yalnız siz sorumlusunuz. Pishio hiçbir kullanıcının davranışından sorumlu değildir.
Eklediğiniz, bağlantıdan, fotoğraftan ya da serbest metinden içe aktardığınız ya da asistanla yazdığınız tarifler sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır: kaynak materyali kullanma hakkınız olduğunu ve kimsenin hakkını ihlal etmediğini beyan edersiniz.
Bir tarifi gizli tutabilir, bağlantıyla paylaşabilir ya da herkese açık akışa gönderebilirsiniz. Herkese açık tarifler yayımlanmadan önce incelenir; biçim için düzenlenebilir ya da kaldırılabilir. Hesabınızı silerseniz herkese açık katalog için onaylanmış tarifler adınız olmadan Pishio hesabı altında kalır; diğer tarifleriniz silinir.
Paylaştığınız içeriği hizmeti yürütmek için gerektiği ölçüde barındırma, gösterme ve dağıtma konusunda Pishio'ya münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir lisans verirsiniz.
5. Ortak mutfak ve ev
Her hesabın bir mutfağı (kiler ve alışveriş listesi) vardır. Partnerinizle aynı evde yaşamayı seçerseniz tek mutfağı paylaşırsınız: eve katılmak kendi mutfağınızı ve yemek planlarınızı siler — uygulama nelerin silineceğini tam olarak gösterir ve önce onayınızı ister. Ev partnerleri ortak kileri, alışveriş listesini ve ekipmanı düzenleyebilir; kendileriyle paylaşılan yemek planlarını düzenleyebilir, adlandırabilir ve silebilir. Evden ayrılmak size yeni, boş bir mutfak verir. Birlikte pişirme ve partner ekleme giriş yapmış her kullanıcı için ücretsizdir.
6. Yapay zekâ asistanı
Asistan üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ modelleriyle çalışır. Yanılabilir: ölçüleri, süreleri, sıcaklıkları ve malzemeleri kendiniz kontrol edin. Tıbbi, alerji ya da diyet tavsiyesi vermez; bir tarifin kısıtlarınıza uyduğunu garanti etmez — gıda güvenliğinden ve alerjilerinizden siz sorumlu kalırsınız.
Kaydeden ya da silen işlemler (tarif kaydetme, plan değiştirme, kiler ya da alışveriş listesini güncelleme) yalnız sohbette onayladıktan sonra yapılır.
Asistanın hafıza notları yalnız izninizle tutulur; istediğiniz zaman düzenleyebilir ya da silebilirsiniz, özelliği kapatmak hepsini siler.
İlk kullanımdan önce asistanın uygulama içi bilgilendirmesini kabul edersiniz; değiştiğinde yeniden kabul etmenizi isteyebiliriz.
Kullanım bütçesi. Pishio Pro, isteklerinizin gerçek maliyetiyle ölçülen ve size yüzde olarak gösterilen haftalık ve aylık bir yapay zekâ kullanım bütçesi içerir. Bütçe bittiğinde yapay zekâ özellikleri o dönem yenilenene kadar durur; ek bütçe satılmaz. Yıllık plan aylık plandan %20 daha büyük bütçe içerir. Ücretsiz deneme küçük, tek seferlik bir bütçe içerir. Bir evde tek Pro aboneliği iki partneri de kapsar ve yapay zekâ kullanımları abonenin bütçesinden düşer. Bütçeleri makul bir bildirimle değiştirebiliriz.
Sizin için üretilen tarifleri ve yemek planlarını serbestçe kullanabilirsiniz; üretilen içeriğin benzersiz ya da üçüncü taraf haklarından ari olduğunu garanti etmeyiz.
7. Abonelik, deneme ve ödemeler
Tek ücretli ürün Pishio Pro'dur: Apple (App Store) ya da Google (Google Play) üzerinden aylık ya da yıllık faturalanan, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik. Pro; yapay zekâ asistanını, yapay zekâ ile plan üretimini, tarif ekleme ve içe aktarmayı ve sınırsız kayıtlı listeyi açar. Diğer her şey — göz atma, tek başına ya da birlikte pişirme, partnerler, mutfak ve elle yemek planlama — ücretsizdir.
Her yeni hesap tam erişimli 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme alır. Ödeme yöntemi gerekmez ve deneme kendiliğinden ücretli aboneliğe dönüşmez; bittiğinde ücretsiz katmanda devam edersiniz.
Abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadıkça aynı süre ve ücretle otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; erişim ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
İadeler mağazanın (Apple ya da Google) kendi politikaları kapsamında yürütülür; ödemeleri doğrudan biz işlemeyiz.
Fiyatlar değişebilir. Değişiklik yalnız gelecekteki yenilemelere uygulanır ve gerektiğinde yalnız bildirim ve onayınızdan sonra geçerli olur.
Tek seferlik birlikte pişirme kredi paketleri artık satılmaz. Eskiden açtıkları birlikte pişirme herkes için ücretsizdir; daha önce alınan kredilerin bu nedenle kalan bir kullanımı yoktur.
8. Davetler ve tavsiye
Partnerinizi kişisel bir bağlantı ya da kodla davet edebilirsiniz. Davetler ödül ya da kredi getirmez; yalnız kimin kimi davet ettiğini kaydederiz. İstemeyen kişilere davet göndermeyin.
9. Bildirimler ve hizmet mesajları
Her bildirim kategorisini uygulamadan kapatabilirsiniz. Hizmeti yürütmek için gereken mesajlar (örneğin hesabınız, bir bakım penceresi ya da zorunlu güncelleme hakkında) yine de gösterilebilir. Hizmeti bakım için duraklatabilir ve kullanmaya devam etmek için uygulamayı güncellemenizi isteyebiliriz.
10. Fesih
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Profil → Hesabı Sil üzerinden ya da bize e-posta yazarak silebilirsiniz; bkz. hesap silme sayfası. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
11. Sorumluluk reddi
Pishio "olduğu gibi" ve herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın sunulur. Tarifler, pişirme talimatları, besin değerleri ve asistan çıktısı genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; gıda güvenliğinden ve her türlü alerji ya da diyet kısıtından siz sorumlusunuz.
12. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Pishio ve işletenleri, yapay zekâ üretimi içeriğe güvenmek dahil, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
13. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Yukarıdaki tarih en güncel sürümü yansıtır.
14. Geçerli hukuk
Bu Koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
